I agree fully.
And I know how to do it! Make a new usergroup that all members are in by default when joining, then once they get to 20 or so posts, they get promoted to the member user group.

And that new group before 20 posts can't post in the advertisments area......

Edit: This place requires you to have 100 posts before advetising.

I agree too. That way we can stop the members like topsites.

I agree with the idea. It should be made known that you just don't join just to advertise.

4/5 posts above me use the word agree. I am tired of reading it so I will use this: I concur with Orpheon's idea, but it will sadly remove the excitment of warning advertisers. And I hope they make the limit 100, that way if they want to advertise badly they will have to spam and we can stop them by then.

Yeahh, I agree with Anubis. Higher post counts would ensure more loyal members.

Ya..........that or a bunch of spammers will come out. And if one does come out........one less person on our forum to worry about later.......

Sounding better. You get rid of advertisers and spammers and you add loyal members with one swipe! I like this a lot.
