Ok, whenever there is a new tournament, it will be pinned if it is approved. And they can just copy and paste this into their topic, and modify it where need be or use their own.

Attention, also I make making a rule for now, any tournaments started beyond this point have to have to be OK'ed by an Admin or Mod. I am just tired of seeing one tournament start to fade, then another pops up instantly. And there are tons of people hosting. In the PM, the people need to have details about it, like what would be in the main post of the topic, that way the Mod/Admin can tell if it looks halfway organized, and has a chance.
Violators shall have their topic locked until the they have it verified, and possibly after an already verified tournament that was approved before.

Just to say, Dragon has already PM'ed me about a tournament, so he has dips on the next one.
