Title: Log Out/ Password Death?

I came on today and I was apparently logged out. I tried to log in but my Password wouldn't be taken. I had to reset my Password and I made it the EXACT same thing as before and it finally took. What happened?
EDIT: Why the hell do I only have one post?

Omega is my only account. I was logged out. I enteredmy username and password but I got the Omega Metroid2486 account instead. I changed my Password now I'm fine.
