Yeah, and at least a third of those are bot accounts made by xgmx and eyotose, or spam accounts made by spammers that never got deleted.

I checked the member list. About 2/3 are fake accounts made to boost stats. 3/12 are undeleted spam accounts. 1/24 are forever lost members who actually went there. 1/24 are actual active members.
