Edited by a local mod. who is letting everyone know a few things.

Gendrevus- He is an admin, he is a great member and isn't even banned.. O-o

xgmx- He spams, and we have given him several chances already. He refused
to stop spamming, and when Anubis gave him a final warning he acted like a stupid child. He deserves to be banned, and deffinatly will not get another chance.

eyeotose- Another n00b who doesn't deserve to be here. I seen what he does
to banned members on his forum, and I don't want him here, I'm sure many agree with me here.

Anubis-is-gay - This is a frigen joke. Anubis is on of the respected members on this board, then xgmx and his other n00b friends flamed him. Look at the name, it's not true and it ticks me off just looking at it. He should stay banned.

Hit-Smite-In-Nuts - Once again, a spamming n00b with no chance whatsoever
to get unbanned.

DarkMetroid- Good respected member, maybe even soon-to-be Moderator.
He isn't banned, and has done nothing wrong... At all. =/

ex.- All the others were banned for a good reason. MHQ is fairly flexible on the rules, and we often do give people several chances. But they refuse to stop
spamming. And for that, they deserve their punishment. and if they think
we're tough, tell them to go to MP2D.

Thread fails. I think you are just one of xgmx/ rock's friends trying to get them
unbanned. I don't know about you,, but after what these people did I don't think
his community even wants to see them back.

I am locking this. I am pretty sure I saw a similar thread before, and it was rejected. We ban for a reason, and banned people aren't quickly forgiven by most.
If another mod or admin thinks otherwise, feel free to unlock it, or other people who have things to add, PM me, and I could add the stuff.

Edit 1: Eyetose wasn't the brightest. He talks about how xgmx spams and such and in a topic said to ban him. Then when xgmx is banned, it says it was a bad thing, and leaves.
He can't make up his mind.

Rocks, well kind of like the xgmx situation, but worse. Spamming, excessive language, multiple accounts, impersonation, etc.

The rest are all respectable members that may have been imperonsated from place to place.

I'm not going to unlock this, but I am going to say something. strikesback7, When I had those rules drafted, I was careful on the wording and even had staff help me out. I slight infringement on the rules will get you a warning or maybe just a slap on the wrist. But if someone comes here and delibrately break the rules on purpose, even if it's an overreaction to something I try to be fair on who gets banned, suspended, or warned. And no matter what I actions the other mods take or even other admins take, I still approve everything that gets by. Now about second chances, and everyone pay attention to this, you're especially lucky, for I have benn a ban victim myself for somethimg I deserved to get punished for, so I know what it's like to screw up once and not get a second chance for something you've learned your lesson for. Now, if I ban someone, it's for good reason, but if they show me that they've cleaned up their act, learned their lesson, and told me why they deserve a second chance, then I might very well consider bringing back that person. The people you mentioned, xgmx, eyotose, Anubis-Is-Gay, and Hit-Smite-In-The-Nuts, we're people that were closely linked if not the same person that directly and purposely broke the rules, as one of the members demonstrates in his name. Now Shrander was telling the truth when he gave those reasons for why they were suspended or banned, and if you do your research you'll find that most of those members aren't even officially banned, they're just suspended for a very long time, which I 've allowed to happne only because I feel a small insignificant piece of pity for them because they were n00bs when they joined and they though they could get away with breaking the rules. So "strikesback7", if you're banned it's for good reason and though I haven't let anyone back yet because no one has deserved it thus far, it IS possible to have a second chance.
