Title: Metroid RP
Description: Simple as that!

GlassPirate - April 25, 2007 03:09 AM (GMT)
I have made a Metroid RP. It probably won't last long, but what the heck. So let's cut to the chase. The storyline is about a group of space pirates investigating a supposedly new, extremely large source of phazon on a very hostile (yet uninhabited) planet named Billium. (You may recognize it from the hologram in Prime 1) My character, Unit 983 Alpha, (Known as GlassPirate by his squad) happens to be part of the force sent to investigate. That's where the RP takes off. So allow me to start.

My Char:
Name: Unit 983 Alpha (GlassPirate for short)
Species: Space Pirate
Status: Trooper/Expendable
Height: 8' 8"
Age: 25 in human years
Skin color: Blackened, Grayish
Eye color: Bright Yellow
Weapons: Standard Trooper Field KIt (Quantum Assualt Cannon, Ionic Scythe, genetically altered exoskeleton, minor energy shielding and retracting/extending gray and red helmet issued due to a certain heroic act)
Interests: Killing the hunter, not getting pulled into guard duty, weapons, studying local biology and then picking favorite, messing with equipment and specimens for amusement purposes when no superior is present.
Personality: Quick to rash actions, Adoring of special helmet, smarter than most Pirates, not fond of most decisions High Command makes or some orders he will recieve. Scared/worried that one day the twisted experimentation will be the extremely excrutiating, horrible death of everything one day. (Too terrible to describe)
Considered Friends: Metroids, (is very fond of the little suckers, no pun intended) someday possibly humans, other lower class pirates.
Considered Enemies:Right now humans, Samus Aran (The Hunter), The Dark Hunter, Phazon, Ing, X's (doesn't care for mindless (or maybe even really smart) things of destruction unless he or the Space Pirate race is in control of them, and even then they have to be put to productive use).

IC: Unit 983 Alpha, locally known by personnel as GlassPirate, got ready to paradrop (although parachutes were now obselete, the term was still widely used) from Troop Transport Omega 5. He was part of the elite. This didn't guarentee him excellent conditions, as every combat member of the Space Pirate Army was in the category "Expendable" ever since cloning was mastered. High Command probably had 5 more of him in some damp, dark classified area. No, today he might die just trying to get to the surface of the planet, something going horribly wrong and him falling lifelessly to the ground, small organs and parts of exoskleton splattered across the surface, his squad members moving quickly, stepping on his remains and making no notice, as they were trained to stay rock solid. No sadness would come to being over the loss of him. Why might that happen? Becuase everything about this planet was hostile. The reason they were paradropping was becuase Troop Transport Omega 5 was not expendable. The squad would jump out and free fall through the atmosphere, protected by special equipment and thruster packs to ease their descent. GlassPirate never really cared about Phazon, seeing it as a gruesome means to an end, and something that High Command didn't know enough about to be toying with. But that's why they were here, to set up a base and rule over this planet so they could mine it's never ending supply of Phazon. The Pirates didn't even know where the Ore had come from. It was certainly not a natural thing, at least in most cases. Then, pulling GlassPirate from his dream-like thinking state, the light above the door turned an icy blue, much different from the smoky, glowing grey the light was before. The sound that signalled a good-to-go state for the drop ushered throughout the cramped hallway, filled with only bars to hold onto. The Pirates in this squad were to diciplined to even think about getting used to seats, and High Command would be afraid to lose some of the strict mind-set they expected in their elites. The door opened, a high-speed wind blowing and small, poisonous looking drops of liquid falling to the ground far, far below. GP couldn't just turn back now. He would be shot or even beheaded, right here in front of his comrades, if he refused to jump. And the worst thing was that he was first in line to jump. He might be first to die. Without looking back, without even a second thought, GP threw himself into the unforgiving weather.

OOC: Kinda long, ey? Sorry, I try and be really detailed, but that's just me. If you would like them shortened, just ask. Anyway, let's keep it going guys! Sign up and then start posting! :samus:

If this is a fangame, it should go under the "Fangame" board. It looks and sounds a lot like it would be (or even will be) a fangame in the near future...

It's an RP Miles. :P

GlassPirate - April 27, 2007 03:06 AM (GMT)
Indeed Miles. I know, I did get a little heavy on the detail. (I wish it could be a fangame, but that most likely won't happen) Just wanted the RP to sound more..I don't know...interesting... but for some of you that may not like to read, that may be a bad thing. I like getting into detail, although I didn't used to... ;) But anyway, I hope someone will join in. (You don't (and I mean DON'T) need to post in such detail, that's just me) Anyway, for the fangame idea, I can dream. Maybe even blow the socks off some of the official metroid games! (or not) Would be nice to have a space pirate fan game...

DarkSamus - April 27, 2007 03:16 AM (GMT)
I'll try, wait until I get home.

Gearmaster - April 27, 2007 07:29 AM (GMT)
I made a Space Pirate fangame last tuesday. It was O.K.
I'll join once my charachter is done.

GlassPirate - April 27, 2007 10:45 PM (GMT)
Cool guys! ^^ I wonder if anyone else's char will be a Pirate in my squad... poor me might get lonely fighting for my life on a hostile alien planet half covered in phazon like it was a freakin' half-done birthday cake...

Also...how come I keep getting telemarketer calls in which the Caller I.D. is "Calling"... I mean it's just, well, NO DUR YOUR CALLING! (mumbles something about uneducated 5 year olds trying to sell Sony digital cameras)

mirror samus - April 28, 2007 04:56 PM (GMT)
Hmm, I wonder if I could use Kail 1 (future version) He is currently a pirate. Yeah I'll use him!

Here is the Char:

Name:kail, alchremay
Species: Human
Status/Occupation: soon to be EX-pirate.
*Height: 4 foot 5 inches
*Weight: 20 punds
Age: 12
Eye Color: gray
Skin Color: tan
hair color: gray
Home Planet: space pirate home world
Weapons: burdens blade, phychic cannon ( uses brain waves to generate 2 types of weapons)
Other Equipment: invisible cyber suit with many different functions. brain wave limiter.
Personality: very timid to people he doesnt know, except when angered.
Weakness: his burdens blade is the cause of his weight, if he is under burden he becomes extreamly heavy, also if the phychic cannon is overloaded, he gets knocked out or gos insane and kill people needlesly.
Special Attacks: a phychic wave that repells almost anything in the general area of four feet.

Lets see where should I start?

IC: It wasn't surprising to kail, no not at all. That the superior command on the ship forgot that Kail was a pirate. It took about a minute for him look up his file and find out what was happening. He was part of the H-caste project, although he wasn't a clone he had some interesting DNA. It could be the reason why he had been spared as a child, or it could have been that the sword the high commond found on the puny blue and green planet reacted to him. Kail probably won't know for a while, but he wished he hadn't. Like the others he didn't want to jump, but bah "I hope GP is Okay." Then he jumped.

GlassPirate - April 28, 2007 07:41 PM (GMT)
IC: There was nothingness for about a minute, nothing at all happening. Blackness. Rushing wind. Needles of acidic liquid pelting him to death. Then he opened his eyes. Burning. The entire atmosphere was burning, it was like someone had just tryed to build a flamethrower that destroyed worlds. And it worked. But yet the flame did not touch him. He saw a flying creature, about the size of a grenchler, swoop down, mouth gaping and a musty-green colored gas escaping it's maw, making a sound like a dying, scratching "cat", as the humans call those creatures, and then it started after Beta 257, who he knew as Ret. And then there was a sound. Crunchy, squishy, "splurge" type sound. Blood. Pirate blood. Falling to the ground with the hellish toxic rain. Then the creature left, swooped upward, disappearing into a thick greenish cloud. He had lost signal to the information database, so he didn't know what the damned thing was or if he would be the first to discover the answer to that very question. He could only use his limited imagination. Then he saw Beta 257, no longer overlapped by the creature. He was missing his head. And his arm. And half his leg was glued to his torso in a twisted fashion, stuck together with some sort of strange, sticky saliva, assumedly from that creature. Yet his thruster pack continued to function. Like a flying zombie of some twisted experiment. Dead, but alive. And all this time GP had been wondering why he seemed to be moving faster then the others. Like there was a pulling force below him. That's when he noticed he hadn't even deployed his thruster pack yet. Then his navigation computer warned him that ETA was 1 minute and 2 seconds. It took one whole minute for the thruster pack to start up, due to the complex nature of such a device these days, ever since they just had to make it so complicated. He knew that was it. He had finally comfirmed his suspicion that this was yet another nightmare waiting to happen. In fact, this would be worse then Aether or Tallon IV. This would be complete and utter horrific suicide. He probably (and thankfully) wouldn't live to see it, but he knew his entire squad would be massacred. They start with the wise guy, or maybe even the jerk. Beta 257. Ret. A friend. Then they killed off the smart yet rash one. Alpha 983. GlassPirate. Himself. It was a terrible mix of Scary B-Holovids and that ominous, "What if I survive the whole way this time!" feeling. He started his thruster pack anyway. He might as well try before he was just bones and brains on the ground. 30 seconds....15 seconds....5 seconds.... 2 seconds and his thruster pack deployed. 0 seconds. He hit the ground hard enough to break steel, as calculated by how much kinetic force he had built up. He didn't know how he was still barely alive. His thruster pack didn't have enough time to change his speed. It did nothing. Everything spun so fast he thought everything turned into swirling spirals for a second, and then, before he completely passed out, he thought of the large creature flying through the sky, still hungry...

OOC: Man, I really like doing this. I guess that might just be me. It's interesting to see what will happen to you when your someone else, probably becuase life can get really plain and repetitive. And especially when your the one who decides what indeed does happen. Almost kind of creepy, actually... Well I'm hungry, and that's my RP post for the day. (Might make some more depending if I get another reply today, but you will never notice me do it... :ph43r:)

Axion - April 29, 2007 12:16 AM (GMT)
Sweet. Finally an RP worth joining in on. I think I am gonna like this too.

Char:

Name: Axion, known by Pirate squad as the Traitor.

Species: Chozo. One of the last, cast out from his own kind, forced to find his way through the darkness. It just so happens he found his way with the pirates.

Status: Pirate Experimental // Heavy Assault and Tactics

Height: full at 9' 1", stalking at 6' 4"

Age: Estimate: 76 Decacycles. Precise age unknown, not even by himself. His mind has been through turmoil, memories of even this common nature are like sand slipping through the cracks.

Skin color: Blue/Green and Gray, depends on surroundings.

Eye color: White, occasionally glowing blue.

Weapons: Dual Ionic blades genetically attached to both arms, extending // retracting at will. Biomutagenic energy field, able to manipulate surrounding energy and fire blasts at opponents of varied strength (Chozo natural enhancement). Natural weapons include sharpened claws and beak.

Other Equipment: Various parts from Chozo Modular suit enhancements, including an alt morphball like form (looks like a spiky glowing ball), Varia enhancement (implanted on chest plate), and grapple hooks (part of Ionic blade implants). Also caries standard pirate field equipment, as well as several power bomb like weapons installed in shoulder augmentation.

Interests: Destroying fellow Chozo, ripping apart beings that test his patience, hunting and capturing Metroids for study and for biological weaponry purposes, testing Phazon level infusion on self for battle enhancement and prolonged endurance, killing GF Marines for amusement.

Personality: Cold. Quiet. Full of malice, hate, and disgust with stupid individuals. Calculative. Deep in mental and physical balance with both dark and light energies. Impatient, yet not quick to act without proper thought patterns.

Considered Friends: None. Considered Equals: Few; of those: The Dark Hunter. He has come across her twice, both times have been very calming moments for the Traitor. It seems that the high Phazon levels of the individual have a positive effect on him, and it seems the presence of a dark and twisted Chozo are appealing to the Dark Hunter.

Considered Enemies: Chozo. Humans. And utterly can't stand the Ridley unit(s). The X Parasites. But most of all .. Samus Aran.

IC:

It was dark at first. What mission was he on, and who would be joining him? As if he had a clue, as if he even cared. He gave pause to the rushing sensation of the atmosphere around him, and the clicking of the machine that served as his 'drop breaker'. Out of the corner of his vision, he noticed a pirate falling unexpectedly quick, obviously one who forgot to switch on his jet pack. Shame. He nodded it off, noting the specific pirates designation, 983 Alpha, the first of the unit to die. As the ground neared closer, Axion felt something ... a strange sensation, one he had not felt for quite some time. Burning. Acidic burning, one that feels like the inside of a Flaggra's stomach spread about ones skin. He became more aware, and realized that the toxicity of the atmosphere would far surpass the abilities and limits of his Varia implant. Something splattered across his face, something slimy .. something that should have been and stayed on the inside of a Pirate. He looked over, and realized some large creature just had Beta 257's brain for an appetizer. It would be back for more. He thought about checking it out but decided to leave it for the others .. if there were any left after this incident. The ground was extremely close now .. he landed, crouched, and unclamped his jet pack. "Hm," he halfway smirked at the one they call Glass Pirate. Thought he would have been smeared by gravity. One of his blades automatically extended as he glanced upward at the swooping creature, pirate blood sprinkling on his beak.

mirror samus - April 29, 2007 12:27 AM (GMT)
OOC: Cool! I love rping too

IC: As kail rushed down into the atmosphere he noticed glass pirate being surrounded by strange creatures. Using his sword he flew to him and created a rift to the ground.
"Jump in! quickly!" the rift seemed to follow them and then kail pushed him in then followed him. The planet itself was nothing like the air. It was in fact, beautifull, and the phazon seemed not to be there. However, the silence broke when a large blue slime broke through a wall and then through another revealing a door in the hole it first made. The door was of chozo make.

"No way! another one?"

OOC: I wonder what the blue thing is?.... *coughs*PHAZON!*coughs*

GlassPirate - April 29, 2007 09:15 PM (GMT)
OOC: Crap. Something wierd went on and my latest post went down the dumps before I could get it on here. And now I only remember a rough outline of where I left off. It might help if someone continues the RP through the next post so I have some new info that I have to come up with. But what I was gonna post had extremely valuable information to the storyline. (sob) What to do?! Well, I guess I'll have to remake my post...it won't be exactly like my original, but what the heck...

IC: GP barely stirred. Barely noticed a figure near him. He tryed to open his eyes, but he couldn't for more than about 2 seconds. It was like someone had a yellow-white neon strobelight in his face. How long had been out? He didn't know. He tryed to get to his feet, managing a low crouch. Thought he heard some voices, but disregarding them as a trick of his fatigued mind. They should have all been dead anyway. He couldn't remember why, although something had sparked a thought, a horrible thought, into his mind when he was free falling. Unable to open his eyes, he engaged his mental interface. Tryed to think about what he saw when he was falling. He wanted to know what planet this was. He opened the profile of a planet that he knew was exactly like what he had seen coming here. Planet Billium? He needed a description. It read the following. "Planet Billium. Class XXX Quarentine. Ravaged by Miterosis, a Class 5 Global Exterminator Virus." Oh god. That was what had sparked his memory. And now it came flooding in like a waterfall. Phendrena Base on Tallon IV. The Observatory. This was worse than he thought. It was worse than suicide. 5 times worse than any Ing, Metroid, or X. Only 2 times worse than Phazon. And Phazon was usually horrible news to him. They were visible, like a X. 5 times worse, 5 times more advanced. Smarter, faster, more resiliant, more evolved. Might even be the end of The Hunter. High Command must have known about this. They couldn't, as radical as they are, ever think to send their most elite troops to their deaths. It was like a trap to get them out of the way, although he couldn't imagine they wanted their own best men dead. They had to be aware. It was fishy. Too fishy. And now that he thought about it, he wanted to kill every last one of them. He got more and more frustrated with their stupidity and suicidal missions. He wanted to make them scream. He didn't know what made him think as such. Pirates were only trained to think about following orders. If that thought were to be discovered, he would be classified as insane or inflicted by Phazon Fever. Would have to be euthanized, like a stray sickly "goat". He had hacked so many useless encrypted human channels for so much damn useless information for High Command that he knew so many human terms that he sometimes mistakingly used them in front of his so- called "superiors". There went his rations for the day. He wanted to break something. Still didn't know why. He didn't ever think of himself as insane. Never paid a thought to it. Maybe he was already a victim of Miterosis. He had sure been on this planet long enough for the exposure period to be passed. About 5 seconds was the alloted time. Why was he still alive? Or for that matter, why was he still of his own will? He didn't know. He weakly got to his feet, stumbling around, feeling for his surroundings. He was still temporarily blind. And he was determined. He had to warn anybody he could. More voices, sounding like they addressed him. An explosion, a gloping sound. Panicked yelling. He thought he was still somewhat delirious. Felt like he got hit with some kind of weapons fire. He was so numb that it barely phased him, though. Anybody still alive needed off. But High Command wouldn't send a emergency evacuation craft and then play stupid. They would wait until they were all dead, even after the distress signal went out, then send the transport, and then leave when there were no survivors. Anyone who questioned them would either be secretly terminated or told that they tryed their best but couldn't get there on time. He didn't know how he knew this, or why he was filled with such hate and malice, but he realized that information he seemingly gave himself would be true. As for the newfound aggresiveness, it might very well be the death of him.

OOC: Well, I tryed to reform it was best I could. It's a bit shortened and heavily modified, but hopefully it will serve it's purpose. It's still pretty quiet for my character's share of the RP...lots of thinking. Anyway, welcome Axion! Enjoy your stay and I'm glad you found an RP that works for you! ^_^ But as you can all see, we have a bigger problem than Phazon on our hands... :o Also, I updated the story line information on my first post at the top. It is no longer Urxes XVI (Urxes 16), it is now Billium. And that's becuase I get good ideas when I play the Primes. :) (EDIT) The RP is gaining people and popularity! Free waffles on me!

mirror samus - April 29, 2007 10:37 PM (GMT)
"GP! hey are you awake? listen, that thing got us a new entrance. The chozo were here too!" Kail looked at GP and turned around to see a heroic figure. Samus was here, but she was helping two pirates out of a pit.

"Huh? I wonder why shes helping them? Could it be that she is elping them because they are no longer wanted by high command?" Kail shook GP a bit and pointed at her, he had fear in his face.

GlassPirate - April 29, 2007 10:57 PM (GMT)
IC: GP somewhat comprehended that he was being shook. He tryed opening his eyes and saw 2 things at first. Kail, and Samus Aran helping 2 pirates. Something sparked in him, he didn't understand what it was. He tore away from Kail and charged at The Hunter, blade extended and roaring anger. Samus smirked from behind that somewhat clouded visor and grab him by his right leg, flinging him down right next to a strange-looking native tree. "Calm down." she recommended to him. GP sat there, looking slightly bewildered. He switched his gaze to stare at Aran, and they just stared, some thought floating around in the air between each other... GP got up slowly, walking back over to where he originally was when he first opened his eyes, pretending to not be shaken in the slightest. But even though he felt extremely embarresed, he somehow was just happy that he didn't get himself killed. He tryed to start common conversation with Kail. "So...The Hunter is here...and not killing us...that's nice...." Realizing that Kail was probably not amused, he decided to look around. The planet had the illusion of beauty. One of the few planets that looked worse from the outside. But this planet, he remembered, held a number of dark, murderous secrets. He also remembered the member of the squad that was of Chozo origin. GP was sure he couldn't be dead already. He was too smart and cunning for that. But where was he? That's when, out of the corner of his vision, GP noticed movement. He made a sudden turn and then 3 small, screeching creatures started spiralling toward him at high speed. He was pretty sure they were some strain of shriekbat, but didn't have time to study them, raising his Quantum Assualt Cannon up at the creatures. He fired off a round, only to hear a chirping alarm and a click, warning that his gun was jammed AND offline. He tried to re-extend his ionic blade. No use. That was offline. What was going on?! All he could try to do is run. So he indeed did, yet the creatures kept on his tail until he found himself in a corner. "Great", he thought aloud. Now he was going to be killed by exploding rodents. He could only hope his special equipment could hold out, engaging his minor energy shielding and extendable helmet and crouching into a safety position. Those were the only things that seemed to still work.

OOC: Wow, now someone has been screwing with my equipment! Can it get any worse? And now Samus is here too. AND I'm being attacked by Shriekbats! Shriekbats, Sabotuers and Samus, Oh My!

mirror samus - April 30, 2007 01:11 AM (GMT)
Kail waved his blade and the shreikbats were vaporized. "If you need extra equipment try those dead elite pirates, they have dozens of parts." Then Kail turned to talk to Samus.

They had a long conversation about a very secret thing and then the blue slime came back and morphed into three little slimes that morphed into metroids that started to talk to samus.

"What is THAT all about?"

OOC:Remember that samus got a certain vaccine!

GlassPirate - April 30, 2007 03:01 AM (GMT)
IC: GP felt foolish. "I don't need extra stuff, I need to kill whoever messed with my old stuff!" He was angry, so he went and sat down and observed more. There were many lifeforms that were nowhere near as horrible as the thing in the atmosphere. The plant life was nice. But he couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with it all. Even more wrong than the fact that he knew it was parasite infested. Maybe it was because there still were no Miterosis attacking. Not even one in the distance. He didn't understand it. But he needed to find out. And fast. He got up, headed through the nearest door, and never looked back. He didn't even try and fix his equipment or salvage new parts. He just went for what he was hoping to be a long, long walk. He was probably going to be gone a quarter of a cycle or so. He hoped he didn't meet anything unpleasant along the way...

OOC: Yah, poor me needs a break from all the wierdness and chaos. So I'm going for a walk. What shall happen along the way?...

Axion - April 30, 2007 07:34 PM (GMT)
OOC: Not enough time to write anything here, other than ... Uh, count me out, there are certain characters I can't interact with >_>

GlassPirate - May 1, 2007 12:28 AM (GMT)
No prob, I'll just try to get some other members in here and keep the RP alive!

mirror samus - May 2, 2007 09:42 PM (GMT)
OOC: Well I will keep going.

IC: Kail looks at GP and talks to him through telepathy. <GP Samus is changing. She would normally kill pirates, renegades or not. whats going on? your superior to most, do you know something I don't?>

GlassPirate - May 3, 2007 12:03 AM (GMT)
IC: GP heard Kail in his head. "Actually, no, maybe she finally went insane from her years of battles or something like that... Or maybe something got to her.... Miterosos maybe?"

mirror samus - May 4, 2007 12:18 AM (GMT)
<huh? whats Miterosos? A new disease?>

GlassPirate - May 4, 2007 01:12 AM (GMT)
IC: "Oh, that's right, I never told you... Well due to recent studies in the information database I have learned that this is the planet Billium. Ringing any bells? If not, it's a class XXX Global Exterminator Virus. Why we haven't seen any, I don;t know. That's what I'm going to figure out. As for what Miterosis is in actuality, it's something 5x worse than any terrible thing other than phazon. Like an X, way more advanced, more evolved, different. It's only 2x as worse as phazon, but that's pretty bad. Especially if it got to The Hunter already... Maybe she was already here when we first jumped. She's still not Phazon corrupted, at least not to my knowledge, so if it is indeed Miterosis, it's an even worse than I thought. All local creatures here are hostile, no exceptions. And Aran may have very well been sent by this Intelligent Sentient Virus, or ISV, to kill us, lure us into a fall sense of security first, maybe. Seeing as right now your deemed one of my superiors, I can't give you any orders, but I still advise you to keep your eye on her-.. Hang on, I've got movement. I'll be back in a second..." GP saw a shadow leap across the top of his vision, from a branch to the top of a cliff face. Actually, he couldn't be sure if it was a leap or not. Whatever it was, it was movement. He could only wait and hide, or if necessary, run. That was the penalty of not taking time to reassemble new equipment. Curse whoever did that...curse them to hell. He stood silently, slowly backing into a shadow at the side of the non-natural pathway he had been treking across. His situation was a very narrow and thin trench inbetween two cliffs. If whatever it was had friends, or if it had the oppurtunity to corner him, he was as good as whatever it would do to him... He could only hope it was a harmless organism, and at that thought it's shadow started slowly down the opposite end of the path. He re-reached Kail. "I'm afraid I might have a slight problem...

mirror samus - May 4, 2007 01:53 AM (GMT)
"AHHH. GP GET BACK HERE NOW!"

There was a huge flash and GP saw through a crystal glass. He saw Kail standing in front of a large blue organism. Then a hunter ship came down to kail and just as it fired, the blue organism absorbed the shot and absorbed the ship. The thing then morphed into Samus.

"NOW! THIS THING IS GOING TO KILL US ALL! Wait, I can teleport, ha." then he ripped a hole and came to GP

"take this arm cannon, you need it."

GlassPirate - May 4, 2007 02:17 AM (GMT)
IC: "Wow, an arm cannon! Is it fully equipped?" GP switched to the Ice Beam. "Neat... but... uh... what about the other survivors that you just left behind? ...You probably just created more enemies for us to deal with, seeing as the virus infects things...and makes them...uhh...for lack of better terms... not good...and more importantly we have NO way off and now there isn't a single living being on this planet that can help us out OR would even want to! And also... uhh... I finally know what that shadow was..." He pointed his Ice Beam at the Miterosis floating behind them, just waiting for them to turn around and notice it before it attacked. GP started charging his Ice Beam after looking at it for about half a second. "I hope they freeze good...."

mirror samus - May 5, 2007 02:08 PM (GMT)
Just before GP fired they heard a loud

"STOOOOOOOP" A Chozo ran toword the virus and said:

"Dont touch my pet, these animals are very hard to tame!" Kail looks at GP and drops his jaw.

GlassPirate - May 5, 2007 03:48 PM (GMT)
IC: "Ummm... I'm confused here... what the HECK is going on?!?!"

mirror samus - May 6, 2007 02:45 AM (GMT)
Chozo: "well this planet is actually a test on a virtual reality simlator that takes your mind uses it against you, Kail had a funny thought and therefore it happend, we still have a lot to work on." The chozo morphed into a pirate and the planet turned into a large room that had grid all over it.

"So, this was a test to see if we could fight the virus?"

Pirate:"yes, and you are not ready, we will give you further training. The hunter will team up with us to stop it, we mean the dark one because the virus is its enemy"

IC: "Wow. Always changing with this stupid planet... next thing you know I'll be thirsty and get a glass of water with ice in it or something..." And almost instantly, there was a glass of water. "You've got to be kidding... Oh well, waste not want not..." And so GP drank the water anyway. "At least there isn't any water poisoning..." Then he thought about what he had just thought aloud. "Err...nice, clean water!" Whew, he thought. Dodged the bullet there. And a bullet came whizzing right past his head. "AGH! I can't stand this!" "But whats with teaming up with the dark side of Aran, Mr. High-Tech Chozo?" "We all know that she-or it-has defaced numerous amounts of yours and luminoth artifacts and sacred objects, destroyed many of your holy sanctums, nearly killed your Oh-so-important "Newborn", aided the Ing, pretty much destroyed Tallon IV, and would kill us all if she even barely glanced our way. I don't think trying to get her help is the best idea..."

mirror samus - May 6, 2007 03:55 AM (GMT)
"But she will help us, you see, she has to. We discovered a way to controll her with a small amount od Samus' DNA. Which carries through one of those in the H caste. I will tell you about him later. Kail please leave the room. Now Glass Pirate class 3 pirate do you have any questions?"

GlassPirate - May 6, 2007 02:38 PM (GMT)
IC: "Sure... what part do I have in all this, will there be lots of cool things to shoot at people, and will this scar me for life?" Those were generally the questions he always asked anyone who pretty much went flat out and handed him a mission.

mirror samus - May 6, 2007 03:38 PM (GMT)
"you will study and learn to controll the virus, yes, maybe. Any other wuestions say about the few in the h caste project? You will need to know."

GlassPirate - May 6, 2007 05:41 PM (GMT)
IC: Yes...do you have a phone? I need to call someone important... He thought up a long-distance communicator and picked it up, tuning it to a certain frequency. "Hey. Yah, we might need some help. Miterosis. Mhm, the very same. Yup, Billium. Uhh... A (crazy) Chozo and Kail. Yep. Ok, I'll be waiting." He put down the communicator. "Well, Mr.Chozo, an old friend of mine is coming to help us out..."

Dark Pirate - May 6, 2007 06:30 PM (GMT)
OOC:Hey my name is Dark Pirate, I am a long time friend of GlassPirate, so I will sign up for this RP to keep it going.
Name: Unit 766 Gamma (Dark Pirate for short)
Species: Space Pirate
Status/Occupation: Aerotrooper
*Height: 7' 9"
Age: 24 in human years
Eye Color: red
Skin Color: light green
Home Planet: Unkown
Weapons: Fission Plasma Cannons, Hellstreak swarm missles
Equipment:A Helmet that has a Combat Visor, Scan Visor, Thermal Visor, X-ray Visor, Dark Visor, and Echo Visor, and full body armor.
Personality: Dark Pirate is one of those more hasty kind of guys. The only time he doesn't act like this is when there is a fellow space pirate. He is also has a problem with his personality such as if he was angered he will attack anyway possible. But most of the time he is very happy. He also some times acts as if he has a split personality always talking to himself. Plus when something happens he would immediatly change from on personality to another which adds on to him possible have a split personality.
Weakness: As mentioned before in personality he has been known to be very hasty which if he was too hasty at the wrong moment it could result in death.
Strengths: Unlike most Aerotroopers he is more skilled in fighting while in flight.
Special Attack:Barrage Attack (He shoots multiple Hellstreak swarm missles)

IC:In response to the communication signal that some one had gotten from GlassPirate and light radiated in the room. Once the light had disappeared some one stood there it was a space pirate who wore a jet pack, had light green skin, and red eyes. He shook his head because he wasn't used to warping around and once he stopped shaking his head he looked at everyone. He then looked at GlassPirate and smile spread across the person's face. "Hey GlassPirate what's up?" The person asked, the smile still spread across his face. Obviously by the tone of this person's voice he knew who exactally who GlassPirate was. This person was obviously Aerotrooper trooper considering the light colored skin and jet pack that he wore but who exactally was it? The only one who might know who this person is, is GlassPirate.

IC: "Hey DP... We have some slight infestation problems if you know what I mean... besides your probably familiar with deadly bio-organisms... I still don't know how you and me escaped the BSL Incident alive... got blown out of an airlock right before we were attacked by a bunch of infected Preeds right? Man I still remember those gases the Preeds kept flinging around... and every single time we killed one it would burst into more gas. And then you accidentally hit into the airlock switch, which I'm suprised we din't notice before, and we got sucked out into the vacuum of space and nearly choked to death. Then wehit that asteroid and stayed on it before we were as close to Tallon IV as we could get but didn't run out of oxygen. Then the teleporters on Tallon came into range and we got back into Lab Hydra. Then without another word Command sent us out to patrol the Drifts for impending Sheegoth raids. I still wonder why they didn't seem to notice that we were beat up really bad. And I even remember that Aran came into the base, stole the experiemental Thermal Visor, killed off our Metroids, pretty much destroyed the personnel, and left, all only a couple minutes after WE had left! Good thing too, or we would be dead right now... But how's it been going?"

OOC: Hey Dark, good to see ya again... Remember, be active, post a lot on a lot of different topics, and don't forget to announce your arrival on the "Hi! I'm New!" Forum. ;)

Dark Pirate - May 6, 2007 07:00 PM (GMT)
Dark Pirate had been listening to everything GP had said before he started to laugh lot. "Yea the good old days I have been doing fine I haven't been sent on any missions lately." He said, before he looked at the Chozo, and Kail. "So whats the infestation problems?" Dark Pirate said, once again glancing over at the Chozo, and Kail. He didn't exactally know who the other two were but he knew that the one was a Chozo which he never like Chozos much. He then looked back at GP tapping his foot against the ground wondering what the infestation problems was.

OOC:Ok

GlassPirate - May 6, 2007 07:46 PM (GMT)
Uhh... Miterosis... You know... "Classified Bioform 492"... "The one tank that had unbreakable metal fused around it and no one ever got to see it? Well I managed to get into one of Command's databases and look up what was inside that tank... and here we are practically surrounded by it, although were safe in here. And no, I don't care what Command would do to me if they found out becuase as of right now I'm going rogue. They KNEW that we would all die down here. Command was trying to have us KILLED! And I still don't understand why...

OOC: CONSPIRACY I TELL YOU! AHHH!! :o

Dark Pirate - May 6, 2007 07:53 PM (GMT)
Dark Pirate placed his hand to his chin and closed his eyes trying to think back to what the Classified Bioform 492 was before his eyes opened up. "Oh yea I remember seeing that tank before." Dark Pirate said, he once again closed his eyes and started to think. "I am wondering how the things got here and why Command is trying to kill you." Dark Pirate said, since he wasn't originally sent here he was just called from GP. Dark Pirate started to walk around looking at the ground wondering still what was Command planning. "What might you think is the chance of survival considering I never hacked into the database and found out what it was." Dark Pirate said, slowly walking in front of GP and looking at him with a questioned look on his face.

GlassPirate - May 6, 2007 08:10 PM (GMT)
IC: "Your supposed to be infected within 30 seconds of reaching the surface. I had been unconcious on the surface for 3 hours. I don't know what saved me. Heck, I don't even know if I HAVE been saved!" It was strange indeed, GP thought. He should be dead or worse. Or worse than worse. But what had ever happened that kept him safe? It was a mystery as of right now...

Dark Pirate - May 6, 2007 08:17 PM (GMT)
"Did anyone give you maybe...an antidote?" Dark Pirate asked, he was also stumped, wondering how GP could have survived. He then looked over at Kail and the Chozo then back at GP. "When you woke up where were you?" Dark Pirate asked, still wondering how exactially he could survive without some kind of medican of the sort. He then looked over at Kail and Chozo and started to think. 'Maybe they have something to do with him surviving or maybe there is another reason for this strange happening...' He then looked back at GP. "To add on to my question just a few second a go are you sure you die in 30 seconds?" Dark Pirate asked, hopping that he would answer both questions at once.

GlassPirate - May 6, 2007 09:42 PM (GMT)
IC: "As for the first question, I was in a seemingly peaceful foresty like area, and Kail, Aran, (Whatever you do don't go looking for her), and some dead or dying Pirate Commandos. As for the second, yes I'm sure it was 30 seconds.
