in case you havnt ever heard of it, the secred message is the only sequence break in Metroid Fusion and its pretty challenging if you ask me. once again i will refer to a metroid2002 video because thats where i found out about it.

it takes place right before you would normally get the Diffusion Missiles upgrade, in Sector 4 AQA. it involves one hell of a lot of shinesparking. its pretty hard, at least it took me a while to get it down.

I have seen it, but I am not willing to take the time to learn all of that. If you ask me, this "sequence break" is dissipointing. You waste your time actually going through all of this, then the message is absolutly pointless and reveals nothing about the story or anything. Atleast give you a new ability like the Xray visor...

I can get the message without sparking. There is a special way to do so. Lemme find the video....

i am aware of the other way to do it, ive done it as well. its easier and if you really just want to see the message than try this easy way.

i understand what your saying dragon, but i think it was worth it just to say 'i did this'. yeah i know that you dont really get anything from doing this except the task of getting back to where you started, but i thought it was fun to do and i was pretty excited when i finally did it. it builds shinesparking skills, and like i said before, its kind of usefull in the 'one-up' game. :)

i think its definateley more easy now than when i first tried it. the second way is easy as cake, i always stop to freeze the puffer thing before i get diffusion missiles, even though i dont go see the message.

Nice, but kinda useless in the long-term sense... unless Metroid Dread was supposed to develop on this a bit more..?

I can do it in an easier way but takes more practice than the original way.
