Either way, a delay of one week isn't that bad, at least not enough to kill for.

I don't see what 1 weeks delay is really going to do to better the game.

The week delay is for marketing and shipping purposes only. It is just more preperation for the game's release. As Anubis likes to say:

Well, my question is, what's stopping them from delaying the game again? First a month, then nine, and now, another week.

Well, if the point was to grab our attention... then they've succeeded. MP3C is the 2nd Most Wanted Game coming, according to Nintendo Power. (SSB Brawl is 1st), so at least people as a whole won't riot over one week's delay.

I guess all the waiting would give the game more hype...plus make you excited once the game finally releases so you'll want to buy it real quick.

And I guess it gives us more time to get to the nearest Game Crazy to buy it... for those of us that are away for the Summer. I mean, there are people who actually go on vacation in the summertime!

Ehem, I don't get whats with the weeks delay personally. Why can Nintendo never ge their first release date right? I would raher have them say "MP3: coming Q2 07..." then say, "MP3 is a release titel!" then delay it, then delay it AGAIN... It's annoying.

Meh @ Halo 3. Used to be hyped about it, grew out of it. Finally saw the pointless-ness... I'll probably just go play it at my friends house across the street, dont have a 360 yet anyway, seeing as it seems the crappiest of the next-gen consoles, not to mention least reliable. It's last on the list of things I want this year. :P Some people think there awesome, but I've noticed about 80% of them are Ub3r Fanboys. :P And besides, not to start another pointless character war, but mindless killing and 10-year olds on mics talking crap about your mom will never come close to Ridley, Space Pirates, and exploring with a generally interesting storyline. ^_^

I meant Nintendo Power's Most Wanted Wii games. Brawl first, then Corruption second. Mario Galazy third, then Fire Emblem 10 fourth. Sorry I was so unclear on that...
But still, Metroid is just generally funner than Halo... unless it comes to Multiplayer action...

Very true... I figured you meant Wii games by the sound of it, but I just wanted to make fun of Halo 3's position as most wanted. I'm terrible. :P And yes, Metroid DOES NOT fit with multiplayer. I was worried about P3's multiplayer... I want Brawl with all my heart, but if there isn't another metroid-related character besides Samus again, I'm going to charge Nintendo with neglect. :P Or maybe I'll just be disappointed... I still hold on to the fact that Ridley is a possibility, you know. Maybe just not a starter...an ultimate unlockable? Like Mr. G & W, only not as useless? (Don't mind me, I just got sick of being ganged up on with a bunch of friends and their steaming bacon...) :lol:

Fighting 10 year olds who insult you is annoying, but you get satisfaction when you own them. However, not as good as Ridley isn't sayng much. Ridley used to be something new, but he is just overused now, and they force him in almost every game just for the hell of it. Ridley is just another washed up character for me now... The Space Pirates suck compared to the covenant too. I mean yeah, they are not obsessed with the idea of activating giant rings which will infact end all life iin the galaxy, but their overall appearence is just better than the SP's. Why I'm saying this is because Space Pirates are just some evil guys who try and kill the Feds and make new weaponry and replicate Samus equipment. The SP's are supose to be so bad yet Nintendo never took the time to explain why they are so violent and why they hate the Feds and stuff. Atleast the covenant have a reason for attacking hunans and they atleast have a society, not some lazy half-arsed Metroid Breeding labs spread randomly throughout a planet... Their whole structure overall doesn't seem very organised IMO. Prime 3 looks like it's going to be great, but most deffinatly not the "best FPS Ever" that Reggie was talking about at E3.

Isn't P3 not going to have multiplayer? Or was that another game..?

...? Huh? No, they officialy declared no Multiplayer (MP) in Prime 3. And yes, Dark Samus is awesome, but no, Dark Samus won't be used in Multiplayer because there is none. ;)

well we dont know right now so just get a wii,save money,eat lots so you dont spend it on food until metroid prime 3 comes

Duh. It'll be a brand new game and people will want to crave for it before it gets out of stock. Game Crazy and Gamespot stores will go crazy for the rush, and end up making a lot of money off of this game...
