Title: New Sig and Avatar limits

After doing some soul searching (ok, after having a brief thought), I've decided to expand the size limitations for signitures and avatars. Previously 100x100, the new avatar limt is 160x160. It won't stretch the board, nor will the new sig limit of 547x160 (the odd length limit is because that's the widest it can be without stretching the board). I hope that this make your av and sig making easier to do.

The avatars look grossly enlarged. At least it wont kill some of my gifs...

Meh, bigger = higher quality.
I will update my avatar size to 150 x 150, and sig to 150 x 450.

Thats neat that the sizes have been upscaled. Most forums also have upscales for avys and sigs. Thank you MM1914!
