I have been working on this story for a year now (ideas come late!) this story does not take place in any part of the metroid series.
It has 6 Parts so far. (each part is a page long standard 33 line paper)
It has a cheesy prologue but I'm not gonna post it. (PM me if you "really" want to hear it.) Be warned! This version has been edited from original hand written version.
Enough Talk! Story Time!

The Adventure Begins...
Part One: Journey to the "New and Enlarged" Space Pirate Frigate

Samus was getting her ship off of auto-pilot when a distress signal appeared on screen. It read: (chhhhhh(static)), SPACE PIRATE FRIGATE HAS BEEN REBUILT. ELIMINATE REMAINING SPACE PIRATES. Samus had a disgusted look on her face, she said "I thought I had destroyed the last of the pirates long ago." So she set a course to the coordinates received.

Prologue has been deleted from storyline so it makes it shorter…


Part 2. The Frigate

As soon as she landed they took her captive and put her into a high-tech prison cell, and it was draining her energy and strength at an incredible pace by electric beams. Now that she was weak the pirates could take advantage of her and try to get information out of her, that didn’t work so they had to result to torture. But miraculously she survived three grueling years of it because her suit was protecting her. The pirates could not figure out how to remove it without killing her. Now since three years had passed since her disappearance , and the pirates had almost successfully finished their secret weapon, “The Mineralizer”
It would turn their foes into energy if killed. Then when they were going through some of the final stages of preparation, the alarm sounded, and the power went out, so the pirates had to use the back-up generators to check the security cameras. “It seem that the “Galactic Federation” has found our secret base and has sent a large arsenal of Federation soldiers to fight.” said the commander. One of the leading space pirates shouted, “We must keep them away from “The Mineralizer! And “The Hunter” (as we know Samus)! Send our best men out now!” “Yes sir!” A war leader pirate said. He dashed out of the room.



Part 3: A way in.

Pirate troops fought viciously, G-feds fought diligently. Many casualties resulted from that battle. The G-feds were low on men so they were forced to retreat. So the pirates bought their victory. But there was one man: a stealth operative named Avan Zelnith. He is a level 2 G-fed stealth trooper, Even though level 2 is just above training level he has shown great ability so they picked him for this job. His first objective was to take out the front entrance security cameras. He did so and entered. He looked for a ventilation shaft to get in to,
There was one right above him so he used his grappling hook to get up there. He was crawling for a while and he saw these two pirates talking, he put on his translator. The pirates said: (Translated 97% correct) Pirate 1 “Is the hunter in our best room?” Pirate 2: Yes our best containment rooms are on Floor 3.” Pirate 1: “Good make sure she stays healthy and alive.” Avan: “So they have managed some how to capture Samus, Never in all my years I would think Samus could be captured until now. I’ll have to gather more information before searching for her.” He continued crawling until he hit a dead end, he had no choice but to get out from the grate below him. He checked his reserves, and he had low ammo so he had to find some kind of armory so he could refill or else he would run out really fast.



Part 4: Infiltration

As Avan walked down the shaft, there was a door that needed open, Avan was about to shoot it but remembered he was low on ammo; so he needed to conserve. So he tried to punch it open like he could at his house, but these doors were different so it didn’t work so; he had to wait. A few moments later a pirate passed through, and he quickly used his 5 second camouflage to pass by, the pirate felt a weird chill as he passed by him; but he shrugged and went down the shaft. Avan slipped into the next room which to his luck was a computer room, so he hacked into it and got the map on screen and searched for the armory. “There it is! Its three rooms away!” He thought excitedly. But just then a pirate was coming from the next hatch so he quickly dove under the desk. His heart was pounding at this time. The pirate walked right next to him and looked at the computer screen, and he was puzzled and said, “What pirate here would need the map for? I’ll call the commander” As soon as he said that Avan aimed his gun and shot him in the head. He dropped dead, so Avan hid him under the desk he was under. Then he ran to the open hatch. The next two rooms were no trouble no pirates. Then he opened the final door to reveal the armory. He found a metal crate that was labeled “Galactic FEDERATION” So he looked inside and it was filled with supplies.


Part 5: The journey to Samus

Avan walked out of the armory, he saw a pirate’s shadow around the corner, so he jumped around the corner and shot the pirate, he hid him behind a crate in the armory. Avan said, “To get to Prison Block 3 I have to find the elevator, I think I saw it on the map a couple rooms away. BUT WAIT! The metroid containment room is in that area! And I heard a pirate say when I was going through the shaft at the entrance that the shields were malfunctioning; so the metroids were able to escape sometimes. This is not gonna be a cakewalk”
So he went into the next room with no problems, but the room right before he is was Labled “The Metroid Containment Room” There were two pirates guarding it, Avan was as quiet as he could be but he accidentally kicked a slab of metal that was sticking out of the floor and made a large noise, he tripped. Then the pirates noticed his mistake and called the commander on the radio. Avan thought, “Oh great, this is bad!”


Part 6: The Metroid Containment Room

Avan tried to escape but the door behind him locked leaving him no choice but to fight. “Remember my training!” thought Avan “What was it that pirates hate? Oh YES! Now I remember!” Avan pulled out one of his new Fusion Smoke Grenades he found in the armory, he only had one, so he had to make it count! He threw it……nothing happened. “I forgot to press the ignite button!” Avan said. The pirate grabbed it and crushed it. Then across the room Avan saw something, he looked harder, “It’s a switch” he said,
He looked even harder, “It says, Containment Shield…THAT’S IT! I can replicate something Samus did on one of her former missions on Tallon IV, she told me about it.” (Metroid Containment room “Metroid Prime” Phazon Labs) He jumped over the pirate that crushed his grenade, he killed the second one, he hit the switch, and lucky for the metroids the backup just arrived so they had a feast of enormous energy, and the chutes that the backup came from above were open so they went up there and searched for more. “Samus will be so proud! OK next room!” He walked up to the next door and it said above: “Elevator to prison block, authorized personnel only” So he took a key card from a dead pirate and went down to Prison Block floor 3.

Awesome...For once a GF trooper can make a difference!

Part 7: The Stairway

The Elevator was quite slow, Avan thought to himself, "This is taking forever!" just then the elevator had made a ding signaling it had went down a floor "Sheesh, now im at floor two... how long have I been here? 2 hours!?!" he thought. Even though he had been on the elevator for only 3 minutes, DING! "well it's about time!" he exlaimed. Avan walked outof the elevator checking both sides for pirates then walked foward. He looked around, "Oh look stairs, to floor 3 containment rooms." he said. He slowly walked down the stairs, then he heard a noise, "I wonder what that was." he thought. As he continued down he heard more noises, he tried to make out some of them. He reached a heavily armored doorwith a sign saying, "Containment and Inprisonment Chamber." "Looks like the place." said Avan. He tried lifting the latch... it was locked. "umm" he thought. then he shot the lock, his bullet ricoched and made a loud noise. Then he shot the glass window on the door. The window shattered. "Yes! now I can unlock it from the other side!"
So he reached through the hole where the window once resided and unlocked the door. Then he lifted the latch and the door made a loud metallic creak as it opened. Avan stepped inside walked down the shaft looking for the chamber Samus was being held.

Part 8: The Prison Block

As Avan was walking fown the isles of the prson block, he was noticing some strange monsters in captivity. Then he walked up to a door that had paint scratched off, He attempted to read the aged sign, "Humane Imprisonment Chamber." To Avan's surprise the door was unlocked when he opened it. He walked inside and there were rooms on each side that had green force fields as doors. Avan said, "Samus is in one of these..." He continued walking, he heard a sigh in the distance. Avam flipped on his bio-scanner and scanned the room. "Huh, only one cell has bio-signs in it...Samus must be in that one!" He walked in that direction, as he was walking he glanced into one of the cells and continued walking....then he stopped, and he turned around and looked into it again. "SAMUS!!!" Avan exclaimed. He knocked on the force field. Samus looked up. "Must be a dream." Samus thought. "The Galactic Federation would never come to save me." Avan knocked on the force field some more. Samus realized she was awake. She looked up at the force field again. "I'm gonna get you out!" Avan shouted. Samus got up and walked to the force field and said to Avan. "Hey, there is a switch on the side." "Oh thanks!" Avan said. He found the switch and flipped it. The force field opened...
