I'm a member of Spriter's Resource / Pixeltendo, so spriting is my new gig. If anyone of you need these sheets, you're free to have them. However, DO NOT CLAIM AS YOUR OWN and give credits to anyone else mentioned in the sheets. As of now, this list only includes three (3) Metroid Sheets and will (hopefully) be updated in the future. Enjoy.

If I can make a point of criticism, though this is not aimed exclusively at you or your work. I always found people trying to insist on credit for stuff they ripped to be somewhat unproductive. It is very possible for someone to go in with their own software, ROM, edit, whatever, pull all the sprites they want to use from a game(s) and use those for their own purpose, even though someone else has already gone out of the way to pull them. Thus, it can give a wrong impression that someone is stealing from someone else when it is simply a matter of "They ripped their own sprites". If you can spot the modifications that were made then go ahead and cry out all hell. :)
As for your effort, it is a decent rip and you covered a LOT of practical things for comicing/animating Samus from MF. Good job!

*Update!* Also added a colored background for you weak people with only Paint...

Nice sheets Miles!
But ..
Weak people? I have thousands of dollars in graphic editing and creation software, but when it comes to sprites, I ONLY use MS Paint.
Not that I .. um, paid for any of that software ..

I use paint for sprite editing, look at my avatar, pure paint editing
And nice sprites by the way

Thanks. That's in case you can't find anything similar (or equal to) what's on M:FM or tSR. tSR won't let me submit my sheets for some strange reason, but M:FM already has these on there.

Sorry to double-post...
...but a new sheet has arrived. I'm sure this will be more useful to y'all fangamers than my other ones (besides maybe the Beams FX one), so here it is! It's incomplete, however, but it'll be finished before too much time has past!

Wow, nice, the only criticism I have is that the beams are all the same, in ZM they are all different (I think), but as you said it is a work in progress, you can change it if you want, apart from that, all you work gets an official seal of ROCKING AWESOMENESS!!!
miles07 - July 11, 2008 03:06 AM (GMT)
Um, no. In ZM (which is the style I'm using), they are ALL the same. In SM, they are different. The Spazer Beam, for example, is being held by a crab. See the attachment.
Also, that sheet was just updated (v0.2). Enjoy. C+C?
