This isn't an official game, so going all "Super Secret" and hiding simple yet valuable game info (such as basic story) is completely pointless. I've seen very many Secret Projects that eventually die off because their own self-isolation.

Guyz you should know this guyz working on another fangame. PY this is what ALOT of people said about SR388. If you have not got anything constructive to say, then just go and work on SR388/Forum and annoy people on your own site.

Okay, flyboy and PY, don't be so quick to assume things about a fangame because the creators wish to be secretive. Some people are like that about projects, and don't wish to spoil things before they release trailers/vids/info.

However, Redmage, MHQ was probably not the best place to ask for programmers simply because we aren't a community that revolves around fangaming.

I think most of the people who would be able to help you are already tied up with other projects, and would want to know more about the game. In the future, please refrain from double posting and flame baiting.

The main difference between you not releasing anything, and Von not releasing anything, is Von actually knows how to program, and wasn't asking for programming help :)

Having maturity, and showing it 100% of the time, are two totally different things, different strokes for different folks, ya know?
I was laughing at the term "skills to pay the bills", not passing judgment on whether you had the, err, skills required to pay bills (what are they, like, basic literacy, possibly the ability to use a calculator? that'll help in programming a game)

Also, a disclaimer about myself: I criticize. A lot of people making fangames don't seem to be able to take criticism, which annoys me, because they'll never get better if they only listen to the yes-men, and not take anything into account.

Finally, Why don't you ask around on SR388, there's some talent there?

You guyz have shown no judgement, rationality and all round poor admin/mini mod skills. You could have emailed me. Actually shown some initative, not just acted out of impulse, beacuse thats what admins/mini mods do, they enquire ffs. We would have been happy to show a small vid of the engine (that M:AH team are still working on & we want to keep it relatively quiet, until the bugs are worked out). But you didnt do that... Insecure no?

I can recall plenty of times when VR kept putting off his teaser vid date, but did Admins/mods/users jump the gun an post "you were full of crap", delete your topic or to the biggest extremes ban the user, I dont think so. You really need to learn some diplomatic skill's if you are going to be a successful minimod for a forum.
