Due to the severe recent lack of Metroid games being put out by Nintendo, and no new announcements suspected of coming out soon. I've decided that MHQ needs to have a change for the better. Thus, I've decided to re-theme Metroid Headquarters to Kid Icarus Headquarters, or KIHQ. As most of you are aware, the Kid Icarus series has experienced remarkable growth over the past few years, and it shows no signs of letting up soon. As you can see, I've already changed the look of the site, with skinning credit going to Axion. Now while many area of the website are still Metroid themed, take pleasure in knowing that they will be converted in a short time. In fact, the games section and the game forums are already up and running! I'm sure you all will enjoy this change as much as we expect you all to. May KIHQ live on the web for another great 5 years!

You guys have no idea how awesome this will be for us. Can you say 'the path less traveled' or something like that? I can only think of one other Kid Icarus site, and it's all 8-bit. 8-bit ain't cool. We're like...a bigger number, which makes us cooler. Plus, now you can pronounce our acronym. Forget trying to say MHQ as a word. No vowels, man! KIHQ has a vowel, and you can make the h silent, and pretend that there's a u after the q so that it's grammatically correct, and then what do you get? You can say it all like kii-kuu! That's how I say 'awesome site'! As we're finishing the transition, you'll wonder why we didn't think of this sooner.

Ah yes, some of the skin might still show up in some places. I put the system up in a hurry, and overlooked some things. Switching your skin back to normal should solve things.
