I got 3-4 energy tanks just killed Ridley not Kraid (his hard), and I got the ice beam.
What to do? Help me It's hard just walking around with 30 energy and 4 empty tanks.

Kraid is really tough in the original game. In the room right before him there is a respawning wasp that you can kill over and over again, getting the energy and missiles from him. Do that until your energy and missiles are full, then run into the room and pummel him. Try freezing the middle spike after he shoots them, then get between him and the spike and launch all your missiles at him. He should die. If your energy starts running low, go back to the room with the bug and fill up again. That's what I always do.

(I've been to turain once with that glicht using the rio, but my missiles are to few to reach out for Mother brain).

Yeah, it's always been absolutely neccesary for me to beat both of the bosses, otherwise I never have enough missiles to get to Mother Brain...forget about even trying to beat her...

Yeah, but you're going to need to kill some metroids eventually if you want to get some ammo back.

I got kraid killed!Wohoo!Turain is hard but I made it into the room were all the blocks are, and then...my missiles run out. But that's life I suppose ^_^

The bars that take something like seven missiles and regenerate if you don't shoot them? I hate that room, but it's the second to last one in the game, so fret not! After killing a Zebetite (one of those bars), run back into the previous room, and slowly go back through it and kill some of the Metroids. Each missile and health pickup will replenish 30 of whatever it fills up, so you can quickly and easily refill your energy and missiles.

But the zebetite will still be destroyed? Cool, but mother brain is hard I hate thoose ringas. I use to freeze them and then shot missiles to mother brain but my missiles runs out all the time. Is it possible to go back and kill some metroids and go back to mother brain and still have damage her the same?

you killed both kraid and ridley right? that's 150 missiles (+5 from at least one canister) just go in shoot the zebetites after you destroyed all of em get back for a refill and kill motherbrain (just freeze the rinkas and shoot away) I nailed her on my first try without having to go back for missiles nor energy

I thought that killing Ridley and Kraid only repleanish the missiles.

Nope, each one gives you 75 missiles, so you have at least 155 missiles when fighting Mother Brain. Just refill your missiles before the fight all the way and you should be fine...of course I wasn't for the first longest time, but that's just me...or is it?

They make up for the tanks you didn't get earlier so that you are "ready" for Tourian. Just keep firing Missiles to kill the Zebetites and Morph to avoid the Rings.
