1. Lower Norfair music ROX!

Brinstar = two areas that differ in enemies, color, dangers... and music. I LUV TEH MUZAK!

i love the muzic in lower norfair, but more when it was redone in mp1 for magmoor caverns. tahts right.

yeah im using a rom to play super metroid, and im pretty much doing anything i can to not have to go there. i did it in another save file, and it sucked. so confusing, and dark.

he, when I thinks after, Brinstar isn't that bad. That cool area before norfair with the calm, musik IS relly good actully.

The Kraid's Lair / Red Soil region music? Yeah, that music was pretty cool, as well. I love the Green region of Brinstar, too! HUNTERS!

Yeah ''metroid hunters'' in mp2 is a cool remix.
But brinstar red soil area is so cool and soft music that stucks on my brain.

Brinstar music in general is just great. Like Lower Norfair...come to think of it, those are really the only two areas with real music...instead of just dings and dongs...

Maridia, Wrecked ship and crateria surface have lesser beat then brinstar and norfair.

Well, the Maridia 1 tune sounds like "Jaws", and the other one sounds too rushed and last-minute, if you ask me.

Oh yeah, I like some of the Maridia music. It's really atmospheric. That's what I love about Metroid music in general. It's got the element of atmosphere.

You're right. I don't like Metroid Prime. very much... It's not metroidy, you don't have the "Metroid Feeling" =/
M:ZM and MF are awesome but they're for GBA Advance. Metroid Prime Hunters is an ego-shooter as well... WHY DID NINTENDO CANCEL METROID : DREAD? ;_;

They were more focused on Sonic Riders..? ^_^

Red Brinstar has the cool music, but Norfair is easily the coolest area, because of:

1. Ridley
2.Crocomire
3. the size(it's huge :blink: )
4. all the powerups
5. the music

but that was the fun part.......

The only part about Maridia that I really hated was the sand. Hindering me from being able to jump across past them. If it weren't for the Gravity Suit, Samus would get nowhere pretty darn quickly.

I had learned a trick that could get you outta there fast, but Id have to try it again for I have not played super in a while.........

I voted for Maridia, mainly because of the diversity of it's areas. (sandy grave, underwater catacombs, sunken industrial site)

I also loved how many power-ups were there, and the methods on how you get them. (shinespark for a Missile Tank, guide a digging mechanoid to get to the Spring Ball) Also, the two secret areas below the middle section, getting to them by sinking in the sand. :D

Also, to kenji imatake, I played Super Metroid yesterday and skipped the entire left section of Maridia before I got to Draygon.

I hate the grapple beam part of maridia....

the grapple beam part was probably the only part I didn't like.....

i've noticed that the choices made upon fave area isnt about the actual area, but the awesome music it supplied. GO METROID MUSIC!!!!!
