how do u find torvus?

You need to go down the C elevator in the Great Sky Temple or whatever that thing was called. From there it is pretty straight forward other than a few trips to the Dark world to get through doors and stuff. Don't be afraid to enter the Dark world now that you have the Dark suit. The damage you take from the environment is next to nothing.
