Samus' ship has only changed graphic wise. Colors have remained the same throughout the games, TV show and the comic.

....ok so what your saying is that the colors in her ship of Metroid and Metroid 2 and Metroid 3 and Metroid fusion look exactly the same??........they look different

Apparently there is no ship in Metroid I, but in most games the ship is the orange color. It shows the purple ship, looks like I was wrong Zero Mission uses a dark red.

okay some of these questions are wrong... there arent 8 sectors, there are 6 and the main deck (which isnt a sector)
and since these questions are for fusion they should use the ship color of the ship she used. (purple)

EDIT: i didnt see the "sectors/areas" i just saw "sectors" but i still think thats gay.
