First your Metroid number must be 31. You must have the Varia, Hi-Jump, and Spider Ball. OK First go to where you fight Arachnus and ge the Spring Ball. After Arachnus is dead go into Morph Ball and roll back and forth hitting SELECT the whole time. Eventually you will fall through the ground. Go to the right and find a small save point area and when you stand on it you see garbled words. Hit START to save and go to the right where you'll find more Save Points and ledges. Fall all the way through the floor to find pieces of Chozo Statues as platforms! OK now continue downward and you'll be in a somewhat normal area with glitchy looking creatures and Yumbos. Now continue walking right and walk into a small room with a Metroid shell. Walk farther into the room to find...AN OMEGA METROID! See if you can kill it here I did with only 140 Missiles in my arsenal and 199 Health. Like the area? There are two Save Points here! If you keep walking left you'll find another weird area with a Metroid shell, Health Recharge, Missile recharge, and Ice Beam.

HOLY CRAP! After you kill that Omega leave the room. (Save if you want) You should fall through the floor onto some bombable blocks. Bomb the farthest to the right and you should land on top of a T platform. Move to the right in Morph Ball and land on a single block. (Maybe 2) Than jump to the save point and go right one screen. Drop into the floor and you should see an enemy filled room with Yumbos and glitchy Tsumuris. Drop into the floor again and the blocks in the next area are bits of Chozo Statues! Drop down into the bottom and you'll find a Missile recharge. Go left and drop into the blue hole into the floor. Go left and you'll see another room similar to the area you started this off in. Drop down into the Bomb block area again and repeat this process. Then you'll find another Omega after you passed another similar area. I might show you a video tape as soon as I get it down myself.

Actually yes. You can get out twice. Once at the very beginning of the game. The other you can get out near the Omega chambers the place were you fight 2.
